New tee design for Takara Gallery Japan

Good morning lovely folk,
What a wonderful surprise to wake up to - news that my new t-shirt design for the amazing Takara Gallery Japan has been screen printed, photographed, uploaded and ready for sale! I'm quite chuffed at how they turned out - the Kamimuras sure are a talented bunch!

The entire summer collection is truly awesome and I am super proud to be a part of such a talented bunch of creatives. Head over to the Takara Gallery website to see more!

You made us this way...

I'm very excited to be working with the marvellous Takara Gallery (Japan) again, on a new t-shirt design for their online store. They've stocked some of my designs in the past which I mentioned here. Below is a peak at the latest design... I can't wait to see it printed, the folks at Takara Gallery are true screen printing pros and I'm completely chuffed to be working with them.

After the initial screen print design, I wanted to keep playing around a little so decided to rework it with some fabric and paper textures for the print version... enjoy! xx

The shirts will be available from Takara Gallery very soon, and the print versions are available through my online store. Happy days~! Tiff xx

Tokyo loves my Tee! ♥

I recently had one of my designs (below) picked up by a Japanese gallery, Takara Gallery. Takara means 'treasure' and there is some wonderful art featured there. They are based in Japan right now but apparently have big plans for world domination ;)
The owner describes Takara Gallery as:

"...where you can find all sorts of "Takara" (treasures) created by artists and designers from around the world. Have a little look around and you might find a little treasure of your own.... This online shop sells treasure created by artists and designers. So let the treasure which incorporate part of the life of their creators become one of your treasures."

Yipee for treasure! I am extremely pleased as this combines two of my 'big loves'...Japan and design! My design is currently featured on a t-shirt for Takara Gallery and you can view it here along with an interview about my work and influences. ♥
